International Return/Exchange Policy

You can initiate a return for most new and unworn items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.* You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 21 days of delivery. We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or used products. The customer is responsible for covering shipping charges to send the item/s back. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.

If you initiate a return after 7 days, we may issue a partial store credit depending on elapsed time and condition of merchandise.

We value our customers internationally, however if you are exchanging an item, you must return the original item and place an order for the new, desired item. You will be offered a voucher to help offset shipping costs.

As an International customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service. We ask that you obtain a proof of postage receipt so that if your parcel goes missing on the way back to us, you’ll have proof you sent it.

It can take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your parcel to reach our warehouse. Once we receive it in its original condition, we'll issue your refund within 3 working days and drop you an email to let you know once this has been done. Once you've been refunded, it can take up to 10 working days for the funds to show back into your account.

Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error

You may return defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items. Verona Collection will cover all respective shipping charges.

When we receive your return, we inspect the item and provide a replacement* or issue a refund. If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.

Non-Returnable Items: All Sale and clearance items are final sale. No exchanges or returnson final sale products will be issued.
