Job summary

To deliver excellent customer service to all customers over email and on the telephone. To manage stock effectively.

Job tasks

  1. To provide excellent service to all customers in line with company standards
  2. To look after the needs of the customers showing a ‘can do’ attitude at all times
  3. To work as part of a team with all staff to meet the objectives
  4. To take responsibility for own personal development

Education, training and qualifications

• Proficiency with IT and customer service portals.
• Numerate to process customers’ orders


·English – fluent written and spoken

·French – fluent written and spoken

• Arabic


• None

• One year’s experience in customer service

Personal attributes

• Smart and well-presented team player
• Good telephone manner


Skills and abilities

• Clear communicator both email and on the telephone
